SHIPPING INFO

We ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground. Place your order before 11:00 PM EST, and your package will be dispatched the very next business day, completely free of charge.

EASY RETURNS

Not completely satisfied? No worries. You can return your order quickly and easily within 30 days of receipt.

SIZE GUIDE

Our clothing fits exactly as indicated in the size chart. You will find the size chart with every product, so you can always choose the right size and be sure that it fits perfectly.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Write to us as soon as possible at support@helenwinslow.com. If your order has not been dispatched we will change or cancel it for you.
